I've been very lucky. I've worked with companies large and small; you might drink their soft drinks every day or use them to connect to the internet. A medical device they've created might be helping a family member of yours right now or maybe they've written one of your favorite books. Despite their differences and industries, they've all trusted me to help deliver results for them on the web and in video. If you like what you see, don't hesitate to contact me. We'll make something great.

I was really surprised by not only the size but the variety of badass cars at the East Passyunk Car Show this passed July. I sat on this footage for quite a while but when I had a little free time recently I decided to edit together a nice recap and score it to the undeniably cool sounds of The Glitch Mob's Animus Vox.

Another project I developed on behalf of Smarthinking, Inc, The Parker Palm Springs needed everything and the kitchen sink: integration with their 3rd party reservation system, videos embedded on major pages, large scale imagery throughout the site, live chat and feedback integration, and much more. It also had to carry the air of luxury that the hotel itself is known for. The resulting site is a great experience that makes you feel like you're already a guest without even taking your fingers off the keyboard.

Jacqueline Sauer needed a functional blog that was as unique as her photography: one that matched her style, and one that had plenty of room for her to insert large, beautiful imagery. I started from scratch on a blank Wordpress installation and designed a clean, open design with a lot of white space. I coded the design into a template with support for widgets so she can easily swap content in the footer area of her site.

Crackerjack designer and former coworker Pete Fleming came to me with a project he designed for a local business. His aim was to establish them as the go-to source for all things epoxy and in that venture he succeeded. He asked me to convert his designs pixel-for-pixel into fast, usable web pages. Using the latest in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery I was able to see his vision through to an excellent web experience. Be sure not to miss his handiwork with the "Recommend-a-lator 3000"!

Philly is a short I worked on to test out the color grading capabilities of Final Cut Pro X. I had shot a majority of this footage for another project I was working on at the time but wanted to create something that captured the feel of this city a little better. I applied a variety of effects to individual clips and one to the project as a whole for a more cohesive look. The end result matches up with my initial vision nicely.

Another AWeber video project, we sat down with Keith Wallace from The Wine School of Philadelphia to talk a little about email marketing and what it takes to make it in the wine industry. The outside shots required a pretty significant amount of color correction to offset the fact that it was a really foggy day but the end result turned out really quite well.

Project Specifics

Advantage Fitness needed a site that could accommodate the sheer number of pages and information they had and Smarthinking, Inc's expert designers delivered yet again. A content management system was already lined up for the site but they needed someone to craft the front end experience and that's where I came in. Since they have a wide range of people interested in their services it was critical to ensure that the site looked and performed similarly across all browsers and platforms. Further, the unique design meant that the site had to flow together when certain types of information were absent, so a modular approach was required. In the end, their needs were not only met, but exceeded.

Nicole Balin of Ballin PR came to me with an established web presence but a site that she was unhappy with. With each iteration over the course of several weeks we were able to arrive what she has now, which embodies the spirit of the original with a look/feel that she's happy with. This particular Wordpress site incorporates multiple post types and taxonomies that make it simple for Nicole to incorporate rich imagery in her posts and pages.

When Pete Fleming came to me with his wonderfully designed comps for Law Journal TV and his client's vision for the site, I didn't think it could be done. With a little persuasion on his part and a lot of Javascript elbow grease, it came together to be the site you see. Highlights include a sliding background on the homepage, a huge video library that can be played in a modal window without leaving the site, and custom fonts for a unique, sophisticated look.
