Local Philadelphia chapter leader Lauren Dougherty contacted me to help capture Creative LeadCon, a first year event conceptualized and executed by a rag-tag group of designers looking for a conference with a little more connection between attendees. The stated goal of the conference was to empower designers to grow as leaders, strategic thinkers and inspirational motivators for positive change.
